Gracing the seaside at beautiful cebu beach with a new, stunningly designed architecture, our first class 1 story 3 bedroom, fully furnished and fully A/C beach houses feature an integrated bar and terrace at the 1st floor including a built in private jacuzzi and sauna [private jacuzzi and sauna is available only at lot 14 house, lot 13 house has no private jacuzzi and sauna but has the integrated bar and terrace at the first floor and same as lot 14 house].

The beach houses are constructed in a modern design with high ceilings (approx. 280 sqm. of living area), all fittings done to highest international standards. Each bedroom is located at a different level to each other and all are boasting unobstructed sea view [house lot 13 is constructed with a diferent design]. Besides the 3 bedrooms there are also 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped European-standard kitchen, a living and dining room, as well as a garden with a private car park and garage.
The house-rent includes also international cable TV, Wireless(WiFi) Internet [WiFi will be available in the near future.

Using the coco walk where the houses are located you will find yourself in the most luxury resort presently and newly built in Mactan/Cebu/Philippines. It will take a one minute walk to reach the club house and all international restaurants which are located directly at the white sand beach facing the resort complex.
