Our house is integrated in the first-class resort complex "Seascape", and the 2010 newly built Crimson Spa and Resort in Mactan with world class standard and the finest amenities.
These amenities include: A huge club house, a seminar and function room, dining and music lounge, health and spa centre, badminton indoor courts, three swimming pools, a gym, four high-quality international restaurants, childrens club etc.
Gracing the seaside at beautiful Cebu Crimson Spa and Beach Resort with a new, stunningly designed architecture, our first-class 1 story 3 bedroom, fully furnished and fully A/C beach house feature an integrated bar and terrace at the 1st floor with breathtaking ocean view, and a view of the resort.
The beach house is constructed in a modern design with high ceilings (approx. 280 sqm. of living area), all fittings were done to highest international standards. Each bedroom is located at a different level from each other and most boasts of a sea view. Besides the 3 bedrooms, there are also 5 bathrooms, a fully equipped European-standard kitchen, a living and dining room, as well as a garden with a private car park and garage.
The house-rent also includes an international cable TV at every level and at every room, Wireless(WiFi) Internet [WiFi is available at the Lobby at the resort and optional at the house]. Using the coco walk where the houses are located, you will find yourself in the most luxurious newly built resort in Mactan/Cebu/Philippines, which is presently, by far the best and most luxurious in Mactan. It will take a one minute walk to reach the club house and all international restaurants which are located directly at the white sand beach facing the resort complex.
Choose from the stylish and contemporary on-property facilities of the first-class resort which includes huge swimming pools, white sand beach, restaurants, lounges, entertainment venues, badminton indoor court, gym, spa and more. Enjoy the convenience of the Health and Spa facilities featuring massage and rejuvenation programs.
It's just a few steps to the beach for relaxing walks, romantic picnics or taking part in water-sports at the resort-jetty. All sports activities such as motorboat, jet ski rental, scuba diving, fishing trips among many others are readily available!
On long term monthly rentals, the electric and water consumption is not included with the rental price [via electric meter]
Our Beach house is just a 10 minute drive from Cebu Airport and a 30 minute drive (about 6 kilometers) south from center of Cebu. The beach house is only 150 meters away from the of Crimson Resort Beach front ,and close enough to have the benefit of shopping malls, clinics, restaurants and entertainment venues but yet far enough to enjoy the atmosphere of privacy, exclusivity and beauty of the Cebu white sand beach.
RULES AND INFORMATION
• Check-Out Time: 11:00 am, Check-In Time: 1.00 pm
• Please observe silence between 10:00 pm – 7:00 am.
• Please switch off all air-cons if no one is in the room/ house.
• NO food or drinks are allowed to be brought into the Crimson Resort.
• Grilling or cooking at the balcony is strictly prohibited due to fire hazard.
• Long-term rental (Monthly and longer) does not include electric and water costs in rental price. These costs will be charged on check-out against meter reading.
Present electric cost: Peso 6.50/ kWh ; Water cost: Peso 120/ M3
• For a lost Crimson membership card or house key there is a 500 peso charge.
• For short-term rental (Less than one month), Cebu Beach House can arrange a Crimson pass for 500++ peso per person/day. This Crimson pass can be used for beach facilities only (No swimming pool).
• For use of all facilities in Crimson Resort, Entrance fee is 1800++ pesos/person/day.
[The use of all crimson facilities is FREE for all guests renting our house for a minimum stay of one month]

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation is received by the Cebu Beach House up to 20 days prior to arrival date will not be charged. If cancellation is done within 20 days, two night penalty will be charged for all bookings valid up to one week. For all two weeks bookings, four night penalty will be charged
For all three weeks bookings, six night penalty will be charged For all four weeks bookings, 50% penalty will be charged.
No Show Policy:
No show on the arrival date , all the remaining days of the booking period will be charged.
Early Check Out:
All the remaining days of the staying period will be charged.
