Our two beach houses are exclusively located inside the area of a luxury first-rate beach resort called "Seascapes" with access to the white sand beach stretch facing the resort and all resort amenities and facilities.

Our houses are just a 10 minutes drive from Cebu Airport and a 30 minutes drive (about 6 kilometers) south from center Cebu. The Beach Houses are close enough to have the benefit of shopping malls, clinics, restaurants and entertainment venues but yet far enough to enjoy the atmosphere of privacy, exclusivity and beauty of Cebu Beach.

Our house is integrated in the first-class resort complex "Seascape", and the 2010 newly built Crimson Spa and Resort in Mactan with world class standard and the finest amenities.

These amenities include: A huge club house, a seminar and function room, dining and music lounge, health and spa centre, badminton indoor courts, three swimming pools, a gym, four high-quality international restaurants, children’s club etc.
